Priya Pillay
Senior Speech therapist
Priya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology which she obtained from UKZN- Westville Campus in 2006. She is a registered member of the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Priya has 10 years of experience in the government sector, most recently at Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital. She is a passionate and dedicated speech-language therapist. Priya has also tutored undergraduate students at UKZN- Westville campus.
Priya has completed her introduction to PROMPT training as well as DIR Floortime and uses a holistic form of treatment to assist her clients in achieving their best communication potential.
Priya is an avid reader, runner and a storyteller of note. She also enjoys quality time with her close family and friends. Priya volunteers with the East Coast Lions Club and finds reward in serving her community.

I’m Felicia, I’ve been part of Priya Pillay Speech therapy for the past 3 years, and it has been an enjoyable, but most of all, an amazing learning experience.
I’ve worked the last 13 years in medical practices, where I’ve learned so much, I have learned so many skills over the years, which has helped me become better at my job.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends trying out new food places, or sometimes just spending it at home catching up on series and movies. My favorite types of series is supernatural, which I really enjoy.

Hi I am Nadia Kandhai (Nadia K.)
I am an Administrator at Priya Pillay Speech Language Therapist Phoenix Branch. I am a qualified trainer and facilitator. I reside in Phoenix, Durban
My goals, I want to achieve my degree soon. I do have a poa and I am really hoping to get started this year. I am married with 2 kids. I am passionate about helping the people in our community. I currently volunteer as assistant treasurer for the DSK Group(NPO/PBO). Our biggest plight is the fight against Gender based violence. I am an activist for women’s rights. I don’t really think I have a hobby. I read in my spare time or catch up on the latest trending series. Family time is a priority. My interests are music. I am a huge cricket fan and I welcome challenges.
